Get ready to cut, colour, stitch, splash, and style! In this fun-filled fashion and textiles unit, children dive into the colourful world of fabric and design through hands-on, creative play. Students will explore exciting materials, bold colours, interesting textures, and eye-catching patterns while trying out textile techniques such as collage, simple stitching, embellishing with beads and sequins, weaving, and tie-dye. With lots of room to experiment and imagine, children are encouraged to express their own unique style and create wearable artworks they’ll be proud to take home.

The subscription provides access to a series of themed lessons, delivered weekly during school term-time. All materials and instructions are provided—children only need their enthusiasm and imagination! Each unit will come with a sketchbook which we will work in every week so that all of our ideas, technique testers and experiments are stored safely. At the end of every session we have a Gallery Exhibition where we welcome parents and carers in to share what we have created! At the end of the unit, the sketchbooks can be taken home to cherish for ever.
