Let’s go on a drawing adventure into the jungle!
In this exciting art club unit, young artists will explore the wild world of the jungle through drawing. We’ll fill our sketchbooks with beautiful blooms, tropical leaves, bright birds, curious monkeys, slithering snakes, and all sorts of jungle creatures—great and small!
Along the way, children will learn fun sketching techniques. how to create different kinds of lines, add shading and tone, and experiment with patterns and textures. We’ll practice drawing from observation, learning how to really look at the shapes and details in nature. We’ll also let our imaginations run wild by creating colourful, expressive and sometimes wonderfully abstract jungle artworks.
This class is all about line, colour, pattern, creativity—and lots of fun! We’ll experiment with exciting materials including pencils, pens, oil pastels, and inks to make bold and playful drawings.
Perfect for curious, creative kids who love animals, nature, and making art!

This is a block of themed lessons, delivered weekly, during school term-time . All materials and instructions are provided—children only need their enthusiasm and imagination! Each unit will come with a sketchbook which we will work in every week so that all of our ideas, technique testers and experiments are stored safely. At the end of every session we have a Gallery Exhibition where we welcome parents and carers in to share what we have created! At the end of the unit, the sketchbooks can be taken home to cherish for ever.
