Original Painting
Acrylic, ink & spray paint on canvas
100×100cm
This painting was created from a photo taken one morning in early September. The sun was warm and the water was so still. The light reflecting off the clear water was incredible. The view depicted is looking towards Old Harry’s Rocks.
This work is from a recent collection of experimental landscape paintings, which explores neon colours and pattern within natural landscapes. Painted with my fingers, this work is an emotional response to being outdoors in nature. Using my hands to paint, gives me a direct contact with the canvas, allowing the spontaneity and ‘flow’ of the paint and colour. Playful spray painted patterns and ink dribbles exaggerate the beauty of colour that can be found in our natural landscapes.
*Postage not included - you will be contacted after purchase to arrange either free collection / free local delivery within 10 miles of Bournemouth / an invoice for courier delivery to your home (deliveries outside of mainland England & Wales will be quoted individually)
